For your added piece of mind all our bespoke pieces are uniquely designed and finessed in our Australian workshop by our in house Jeweller. The process is simple:

When it comes to repairs, there is no one better than Lurene. our Jeweller has over 25 years experience and has seen it all. Over time, claws on jewellery can lose their integrity and wear down, requiring special attention to repair, ensuring they remain secure. Ring Resizing

As we go through life, things change. At Lurene we help make sure your jewellery is the perfect fit all through the years. Our Jeweller will take the time and care to resize or update any piece of jewellery and make it fit like the first day you got it. We can add or remove metal to create the perfect fit, or even re-build the band to add extra life to an old favourite.

Gold Buying

Are you ready to start selling your valuables. We buy all and anything gold. Gold rings, chains, charms, bracelets, earrings, scrap, tangled, damaged or any condition.

Valuations

Curious about how much your jewellery is worth? We offer Jewellery valuations to ensure you take all the necessary measures to protect your special items and don’t run the risk of under insuring them. Since Jewellery prices change all the time it is important you keep up to date with your Jewellery Valuations. We provide you with a detailed description, exact value and photographic evidence of your item. This will be helpful to you when it comes to insuring your Jewellery, having proof of property in the unfortunate event that your Jewellery is lost or stolen or for certifying the value of your jewellery.

Watch battery

We change batteries while you wait. If you require a pressure test to ensure your watch is water tight we also offer this service between 1-2 weeks.

Watch and Clock repairs

We offer a free quote to determine the problem with your watch or clock in all makes and models to ensure they run smoothly again. The turnaround time for a quote is around 1 week. Completion time will depend on the requirements and availability of your repair.
