In these Gift Cards Terms and Conditions, the expressions “Lurene Jewellers”, "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Lurene Jewellers

• Lurene Jewellers Gift Cards can be purchased in-store or online (e-Gift card) and are valid for a 3 year period from the date of issue, after which it will be invalid and any remaining balance will become the property of Lurene Jewellers.
• If your Gift Card is misplaced or stolen unfortunately we are unable to replace your card and so to avoid disappointment please always treat your Gift Card as cash.
• No change will be given, but the balance may be applied to future purchases up until the original expiry in which any remaining balance will become the property of Lurene Jewellers.
• Your Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded or used to buy another Gift Card.
• When you return an item that has been bought using a Gift Card you will be issued with a new Gift Card (which will be a physical Gift Card if you return your item in-store, or an e-Gift Card sent to you via email if you return your item to online).
• Goods purchased using the Gift Card are subject to Lurene Jewellers Returns Policy which can be found here.
